I was SO excited for Nick to come in for his senior pictures with his longboard. I have been wanting to photograph someone with a board FOREVER!I know absolutely nothing about the sport so Nick filled me in- patiently answering all of my questions. I admit it- I even asked if he wore a helmet (the mom in me couldn't resist- he does!). I wish I could remember all the terminology he used to describe different pieces of equipment (the gloves with the plastic circle things for sliding were especially cool to see) but I don't.
I am looking forward to getting back together with Nick later this fall/winter to actually photograph him in action- can't wait!
