Kale

Kale- yep- it rained! Nothing like being a photographer in Gig Harbor!

I thought we could avoid it, but it started up just when we got going! Good thing you are such a good sport, and there were lots of trees. Umbrellas and reflectors helped too. As a matter of fact, when I look at your images I can't even tell it was raining. They are just fantastic- enjoy!

Anya

Anya- the weather was iffy but we made it! You would never even know how overcast it was. I love how simple you made everything with your wardrobe and accessories. You brought great wardrobe choices too.

You look fabulous- beautiful images. I can't wait for you to see the rest!

Your Gig Harbor Photographer!

It's me- kinda.....Here's another fun time waster! Check this out Face Your Manga.
So, I'm not really sure what a 'Manga' is. Or what it means to face it, but, This is me! Now you know who to look for when we're meeting for a shoot!

It's fun, it's free, and you can use it as your avatar.

Favorite 'favorite thing'

I LOVE this image. I encourage all of my seniors to bring a 'favorite thing' to their senior portrait session. Victoria brought Beary. You just take one look at Beary and know he has been so loved through out the years. I added some texture and an antique color conversion to turn this image into an art piece.

What do you think mom? Kind of brings a tear to your eye!

Alexa

Alexa- what a perfect and beautiful day for your senior portraits. I had so much fun tromping around downtown Tacoma finding cool areas to shoot in. I hope your feet don't hurt from walking all over in your cute heels!

I have to also add a shout out to 'super dad' for going all the way back to Gig Harbor to get the forgotten dress. It was worth it. Those dress images are gorgeous. Enjoy your sneak peek!

Good luck Laura!

I am so sad to say goodbye to my stylist Laura!

But- she is off for a great adventure and I am thrilled. Laura just left for Colorado for three months of training with YWAM (youth with a mission) and then she will be doing mission work in either China or Africa for several months after that. This has been a lifelong dream that Laura is now able to fulfill. Everything came into place a few weeks ago and was quite a surprise for her.

It gets better- her boyfriend was accepted into the program as well, and they headed off together just a few days ago! Hmmm, do you sense wedding bells coming soon? I'll be waiting for the big announcement Laura!
