Another head of red!
This little five-month-old dreamboat is the delight of his mommy, daddy, and grandpa. He is the sweetest little thing, and made this session a real joy. His charming parents made it clear—the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. I am thankful that I got to share in a few sweet moments of little “L.V.” on the move.

Baby "L"
The youngest of five children, four-month-old baby “L” is the icing on the cake! Photographing this family—and focusing in on Miss "L" was the most fun I’ve had in a while. She is a content, relaxed, cheerful little girl and lives in a house filled with lots of love. I could have snapped photos of her forever . . . but older siblings needed a few shots, too. Baby “L” was a pleasure to spend time with, and I adore this beautiful family.

Curious Mr "T"
Little brother "T" is nothing but darling! His laid back personality made this photo shoot such fun. Just look at this beautiful face - I could hardly stop myself from taking more, more, and more pictures of him!
At 10-months-old, baby "T" is getting more and more mobile every day. He was very interested in grabbing the camera, and that made my strategic positioning a fun effort! What a doll!

Stylin' almost 2 year old!
This is darling little miss "E." At almost two-years-old, she was a ball to photograph! She was up for anything, and has a face that lights up the camera. Whether pouting or grinning, her photographs tell a story and endear me to her.
It's been a pleasure to watch "E" from newborn to big-girl. From these photos, you can clearly see why she's the apple of her parents' (and grandparents') eye!

Sweet Baby K
Meet Baby K and her gorgeous parents. Just one week old, and she already has an opinion about many things! Just a little patience and a lot of snuggling. Food and more food. And then we got the most amazing shots of this sweet darling little girl. What a dream.
Did I mention that good looking dad- he's my brother! Congrats Chad and Elizabeth!

Jamie- South Kitsap High
Amazingly, in all the years I've been taking senior pictures I've never had anyone bring their cap and gown! Jamie's mom really wanted a pic in this outfit so we decided if we're going to do cap and gown- lets make it cool
So under the pier we went!
Mom and I were giggling the whole time as I tried different poses and some jump shots (boy does that gown balloon up!). For the last shot Jamie suggested she toss her cap and I think this shot definitely passes as a cool graduation shot! Love it!

Professional Stylist for Every Senior Session
At BerryLane Photography you get to see a professional make-up artist before we start your session. Depending on whether you choose the Senior Mini or the Senior All session you will either go into one of our chosen salons, or the stylist will come to our session location and stay for touch-ups.
It is so fun to be pampered and to feel like your on ANTM! And guys- yes, even you will get a bit of face powder and cover up. It helps even out your skin and gives you the best possible look for your senior pictures.

Wounded Warriors Mothers Day Event
Tami Elliott, the president of the ladies auxiliary to the veterans of foreign wars, had a special project for the year. She contacted Danita Dahl, the recreations coordinator of the Wounded Warrior transition program at Fort Lewis and together they planned a wonderful Mothers Day event for some very special ladies. The theme Tami chose was 'Pay it forward: because we care'.
Each of the 14 women in attendance are either an active duty military person who has been wounded on foreign soil, or they are married to someone who was. They were each nominated to receive the most amazing day at Club Biella Salon and Spa. They each had several fabulous spa treatments: massages, facials, pedicures, razul mud baths, manicures. They received a catered lunch and if their children were small enough to need it, their child care costs were even covered!
Several husbands even stopped in to check on their wives and everyone commented on what a wonderful and special treat the day was.
I was so pleased to be able to volunteer my services and take pictures along the way. What a joy these women were. Thank you for all you ladies do!
Her are a few excerpts from their nominations:
As the wife of an infantry soldier, my wife is often mother, father, and caretaker of my children...I love her and consider her more than my soul mate. I consider her the love of my life. -SSG Hicks ...
She makes me feel calm when I deploy knowing that I do not have to worry about my family at home. She is a great person, and to know Kathy is to love her. -SSG Saka
I would like to nominate my beautiful wife Karen for a day of pampering, because of her unwaivering devotion throughout my seven years of military service. -SGT Fortune

Courtney- Gig Harbor Senior Pictures
Courtney popped in to Club Biella in downtown Tacoma for make up and a touch up on her hair and then off we headed to Pt Defiance (great job Nadia!). I am constantly amazed at how lucky I am! Courtney was a dream to photograph. Her mom and I both agreed- every image looked like it should be in a magazine.
After our stint at the park we headed back to Gig Harbor for some fun pictures on her front porch. Fabulous! I can't wait to see which ones you order!
